For many Slovaks, seeking psychological help is still a taboo—not just because of social stigma, but also due to financial, time, and geographical barriers. Through our collaboration with ksebe, Slovakia’s leading mental health platform, we aimed to break these barriers using a combination of technology, SEO optimization, AI, and influencer partnerships.
Our goal was to increase the number of platform users, build trust in online therapy, and significantly boost the number of first therapy sessions.

The partnership between ksebe and ui42 had a clear goal: to normalize the conversation around mental health and remove the stigma that prevents many from seeking professional help. We wanted to show that therapy is not a sign of failure but a natural step towards a better life, available to everyone.
Our challenge was to reach a broad audience, increase organic traffic, improve SEO performance, and drive conversions while maintaining a cost per acquisition (CPA) under €10. Every step of this collaboration was part of a meticulously planned long-term strategy designed to systematically build trust in online and offline therapy and create real change in how people perceive psychological support.

Content as the Main Tool for Education
People don’t always search directly for psychological help—they look for answers to their feelings, symptoms, and personal struggles. That’s why we created a comprehensive content strategy for ksebe, providing relevant information, helping ease fears about therapy, and gradually guiding users to professional support.
We produced over 600 expert blog articles covering a wide range of topics, from depression and anxiety to specialized therapy methods. Each article was SEO-optimized to ensure it reached users at the exact moment they needed it.
The outcome was over 1,000 indexed new keywords, improving average search rankings from position #60 to #17, leading to a 72% increase in visibility—but most importantly, helping more people find the support they needed.

Technical SEO Optimization for Better Performance
To ensure that the great content was not only visible but also converting, we conducted a thorough website audit, revealing technical issues such as duplicate meta descriptions, slow loading times, and weak internal linking.
We implemented structured data (schema markup) for better search engine readability and optimized internal links between articles to enhance user navigation and increase time spent on the website.
As a result, we doubled organic traffic (+100% YoY) and increased revenue from organic searches by 376% YoY.
AI Recommender: Personalized Therapist Matching
Unlike conventional AI recommendation systems that focus on upselling and cross-selling in e-commerce, we developed a custom AI recommender for ksebe, designed not just to suggest therapists, but to actually help people find the right match.
The system analyzes user behavior, the articles they read, their search queries, and their specific needs to provide personalized therapist recommendations. It also predicts emerging mental health topics, allowing us to create highly relevant content ahead of time.
The goal was not just to recommend but to simplify decision-making and remove barriers, making it easier for thousands of people to access professional support.
Video Awareness Campaign: Don’t Be Afraid to Take the First Step
To mark Mental Health Awareness Month, we created an emotional video campaign for ksebe, clearly delivering the key message: "Don’t be afraid to take the first step—ksebe is here for you." With a simple yet powerful narrative and strong visuals, we helped ease fears around therapy, boost brand awareness, and inspire more people to engage in conversations about mental health.
Influencers: Breaking the Stigma Through Authentic Stories
We partnered with 10 trusted influencers, who openly shared their personal experiences with therapy on social media. Their authentic testimonials reached over 1 million followers, helping challenge stigmas and encouraging people to take their first steps toward mental health care.
Beyond raising awareness, they also provided promo codes for 100 free therapy sessions, which were fully claimed in under 1.5 hours. This demonstrated a clear demand for accessible psychological support.
All influencer partnerships were conducted through a barter system, eliminating standard influencer fees and saving €4,000–€5,000 in marketing costs.
