Located in the heart of Liptov, it offers a diverse range of experiences—from a private ski slope in winter to a mini water park in summer. The resort attracts families, couples, and groups, all seeking comfort, adventure, and exceptional service.

The Slovak market was approaching its growth limits, making international expansion a necessity. The goal? Attract visitors from Poland and Hungary, increase annual occupancy rates, and maximize revenue—all without lowering prices or increasing the marketing budget.
The challenge was finding a way to drive demand efficiently through highly targeted performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum results at optimal costs.

With the Slovak market nearing saturation, Demänová Rezort needed to expand internationally to sustain growth and profitability. However, expansion had to be executed strategically—without a significant budget increase or price reductions.
